Production practice
We work to reduce chemical discharge, energy consumption, water use, and odour formation throughout production.
Our commitment
Better materials, thoughtful production, and a circular path from bottle to blanket.
The reason we started
Plastic pollution is one of the world’s most pressing environmental challenges. Recycling gives used PET-1 bottles a new purpose, keeping valuable material in use and out of landfills.
Through our recycled polyester fibre partner, Thai Polyester (TPC), we build a certified process that supports consistent quality and more responsible home textiles. The result is a blanket that feels good in your home and carries a lighter footprint.

Reduce plastic waste.How we work
Our sustainability concept reaches beyond the finished product. It shapes the way we manufacture, collaborate, and make everyday decisions.
We work to reduce chemical discharge, energy consumption, water use, and odour formation throughout production.
Small actions add up: using fewer plastic bottles and sheets of paper, sorting waste, and switching off equipment when it is not in use.
From bottle to blanket
Our rPET polyester is recycled from PET-1 bottles. We procure the bottles as bales, sort and sterilise them, then shred them into flakes before transforming them into fibre and yarn.
Closing the loop
When recycled polyester blankets are no longer usable, we can bring the material back into the recycling process and turn it into plastic chips for future production. That is how we keep working toward less waste.
